All data transmitted between your device and ou4d servers is protected by industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. Sensitive fields such as payment details and identity documents are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored on access-controlled infrastructure.
You have the right to access, correct, port, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Requests are processed within 30 calendar days. We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
We collect only the personal data that is strictly necessary to deliver our services, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with our regulatory obligations. We do not collect data speculatively or beyond what our stated purposes require.
Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary — for example, with payment processors to handle your Rupiah transactions via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA — and only under strict contractual data-protection obligations.
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Account data is typically retained for a minimum of five years after account closure for AML compliance.
When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we notify registered Players by email and via an in-platform notice at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. We maintain a version history so you can always review what changed and when.
Important Notice: This Privacy Policy describes how ou4d ("we", "us", "our") collects and processes the personal data of individuals ("you", "your") who register an account or otherwise interact with the ou4d platform at https://ou4d.cam. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Platform and contact us to arrange Account closure.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:
2.1 ou4d operates as the Data Controller in respect of the Personal Data of Players and visitors to the Platform. This means we are responsible for determining why and how your Personal Data is processed.

All correspondence is handled confidentially and in accordance with our internal data-protection procedures.
2.3 We are committed to processing Personal Data in a manner that is lawful, fair, and transparent, and to ensuring that the data we hold is accurate, kept up to date where necessary, and not retained longer than is required.

3.2 We do not intentionally collect Special Categories of Personal Data (such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data used for identification purposes) unless this is strictly required by a regulatory obligation and you have been explicitly informed in advance.
3.3 Where you choose not to provide Personal Data that is marked as mandatory at the point of collection, we may be unable to open or maintain your Account, process your transactions, or provide specific services to you.

9.1 ou4d implements a layered security architecture to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Our technical and organisational security measures include:
9.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, ou4d will notify affected Players without undue delay and, where applicable, report the breach to the relevant supervisory authority within the timeframes required by applicable law.
9.3 While we take all reasonable measures to secure your Personal Data, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely immune to risk. You are responsible for keeping your Account login credentials confidential and for using a secure, private network connection when accessing the Platform.
10.1 ou4d retains your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal or regulatory obligations. The table below summarises our standard retention periods by data category:

10.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to any individual. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.
11.1 Depending on applicable law, you may have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by ou4d:
11.2 To exercise any of the rights listed above, please contact our Data Privacy team using the contact details in Section 15. We will respond to all valid requests within 30 calendar days. In complex or high-volume cases, we may extend this period by a further 60 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
11.3 We will not charge a fee for handling data subject rights requests unless the request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request.
12.1 The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years or older. ou4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in our Account registration and KYC process.
12.2 If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 — whether through a misrepresentation made during registration or any other means — we will immediately suspend the relevant Account, delete or anonymise the associated Personal Data to the extent permitted by our AML retention obligations, and return any real-money balance to the originating payment method.
12.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has registered an Account on ou4d, please contact us immediately at the address provided in Section 15. We take these reports very seriously and will act promptly upon receipt.
13.1 Some of the third-party service providers we engage — including cloud hosting infrastructure providers and game technology partners — may process Personal Data on servers located outside Indonesia. Where such international transfers occur, ou4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data to a standard at least equivalent to the protections afforded under this Privacy Policy.
13.2 Safeguards for international transfers may include contractual clauses that impose data-protection obligations on the receiving party, transfers to jurisdictions that have been assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection, or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognised under applicable law.

14.1 ou4d reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform services. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
14.2 Where we make a material change to this Policy — meaning a change that significantly affects your rights or how your data is used — we will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending an email notification to registered Players at the address on file.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the updated Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in the Terms & Conditions.
